多谢“浩浩”提供信息。Visa和MasterCard将会在2020年4月18日和2020年5月1日在加拿大实施新的商家刷卡收费比例（Interchange rate），其目的是按照他们和加拿大政府的协议，将平均收费比例从1.5%降到1.4%。
什么是Interchange：Interchange is a small fee paid by a merchant's bank (acquirer) to a cardholder's bank (issuer) to compensate the issuer for the value and benefits that merchants receive when they accept electronic payments. It enables banks that issue electronic payments to deliver tremendous value to merchants, governments and consumers.
新的Interchange Rate可查看Moneris网站信息。总体上商家会发现银行收费在降低，但具体是否降低或者降低多少还要看MCC、交易类型、交易方式和信用卡类型等等。例如我们了解的Visa Infinite Privilege在这次调整中就基本没怎么降低Interchage Rate。也就是说银行会更倾向于多发高端的信用卡。
MasterCard也准备学习Visa【上有政策，下有对策】，他们将于2020年5月在加拿大推出类似Visa Infinite Privilege的新的信用卡级别：Muse MasterCard【Muse是沉思、灵感、缪斯女神的意思，不是Moose】。Mastercard Muse is a new premium card product that targets high-net-worth individuals and very high spending consumers. It will launch in Canada in May 2020.
这个新的Muse MasterCard高于现有的World Elite MasterCard，估计也会要求申请人家庭收入超过20万加元等等。期待在现有的平民三黑（Rogers/PC/Triangle WEMC）之后，我们能迎来新的三女神卡啥的。。。
