加国理财网之前介绍过Apple Pay及加拿大支出Apple Pay的金融机构（点击查看），今天我们介绍一下Apple Pay的竞争对手：Samsung Pay。
和Apple Pay类似，Samsung Pay支付系统使用称为标记的方法来保证卡的详细信息安全。一旦你将你的卡片添加到应用程序，它会生成一个虚拟账号，而你的真实卡号永远不会提供给商家。此外Samsung Pay已支持部分APP的线上支付功能，如果你在这些APP的收银台中看到Samsung Pay的入口即可完成线上支付。
与Apple Pay不同的是，Samsung Pay不仅支持基于近场通讯（NFC）的零售交易，而且还支持它通过收购LoopPay获得的另一项无线技术MST（磁力安全传输技术）。这项技术可以模仿刷卡，这就意味着在争取商家支持方面三星必然会获得很大的优势，因为这项无线技术可以让商家们无需升级支付终端就能兼容近场通讯技术。嗯，这项MST技术虽好，但Samsung在加拿大的设备并不支持这个技术。基本上加拿大的三星设备仅支持NFC交易。

总体上看，目前在加拿大支持Samsung Pay的较大规模的金融机构还是比支持Apple Pay的要少一些。例如没有：Desjardins，BMO，MBNA，HSBC，PC Financial，Canadian Tire和National Bank of Canada等等。其实如果你用的是安卓手机，还可以考虑Google Pay。不过鉴于聚沙目前使用的是三星手机和Watch，从方便性角度考虑，我还是选择了Samsung Pay。
