另外再推荐一个不用wifi和data打电话的方法，rebtel。 这个网站使用方法和localphone很类似。目前费率：不到加元1 cent/min. 而且rebtel有个很好的功能，当你把想拨的国内号码设置好后，rebtel可以给你国内的联系人提供一个北京的号码，你的 联系人打那个号码时，rebtel可以直接连到你加拿大的号码。对你联系人，只需交国内打北京的花费，而rebtel charge你加元1.5 cent/min（相当于RMB 1角钱/分钟）。Rebtel称这个为collect call（我试过，很好用。国内的老人用着比较方便，啥软件都不用装，也不需要有网络，直接用电话拨北京的电话号就行了）。此外Rebtel还可以打免费 的国际长途（Rebtel称为free call）。这2种方式，见下面的介绍：
Collect call：
Your friend can call you collect by using this local number: 010 **** ****.
Your friend will only pay for the local call. You will pay Rebtel for the international part.
If your friend is also a Rebtel subscriber, then your friend will pay for the call.
Free call:
Make free international calls from your mobile phone. You won't need to pay anything to Rebtel.
1) Call your friend using the local number we gave you.
2) Ask your friend to call you back. Tell them to use the number shown on their phone screen (010 **** ****).
3) Stay on the line. Don't hang up! In a few seconds your friend will join you back on the call.
Please note: You and your friend will pay your phone companies for the local part of the call.
The international connection is free!
